How can I make a booking?
Click on the “Book A Table” button in the top right hand corner of the web page, if you looking to book a table for more than 6 people or if you’d like to hire out one of our bell tents then please us the “Contact Form” 

 

Bookings & Cancellations?

We ask that you are on time for your booking. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking, your table is no longer secure and may be given away. Tables are booked for a maximum of 90 minutes. If you’re running late or cannot make your reservation, please follow the email link after you've booked and cancel your booking. Please not that bookings over 12 people will need to request to hire the bell tent.

Are you dog-friendly?
Absolutely!!!! Here at Strawberry Fields we love to welcome our friends on all fours, however we do ask that they remain on the lead at all times. There are several drink stations dotted across the field and we have our pup-a-cinos on our menu if you’d like to give them an extra treat. Please keep your dogs off the main table though and respect our other guests.

 

Can I get afternoon tea on the day I attend?

Afternoon tea is only available on a pre-order basis, as all contents are made to order.

Is your menu suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
We have vegetarian and vegan options on our menu. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let one of our team know when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you serve your drinks with milk alternatives?
We have oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, full fat available. Let us know your preference when you order.

Do you have gluten-free options?
We offer gluten-free bread for our sandwiches, this bread is produced off-site by certified suppliers, and all end meals are prepared in a kitchen where gluten-containing products are also prepared. Although we have strict cross-contamination prevention measures in place, there is always a small chance that it could occur so please bear this in mind. 

 

How do I book a private party in one of the Bell Tents?
